About the Opportunity

We're on the lookout for experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Alice Springs. At RPS, you won't just manage projects-you'll help shape communities, influence outcomes, and lead critical government and private sector initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in construction project/Program delivery, ideally on the client side.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Completed Construction Site WHS training.
• AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
