Redpath Mining is seeking skilled Bogger Operators to join our underground operations across the Norseman region. This role offers a 7/7 FIFO roster and the opportunity to work in a high-performing, safety-focused team.
- Proven experience operating underground boggers/LHDs
- Manual driver's licence
- First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions carefully
- A commitment to safe work practices and Redpath's values
- Safely operate underground Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) equipment
- Move ore and waste efficiently to support production targets
- Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment faults immediately
- Maintain housekeeping standards around all work areas
- Follow shift plans, traffic management rules, and supervisor directions
- Assist with mine services and other operational tasks as required
- Complete activity sheets, safety documentation and workplace inspections
- Report any hazards, incidents or near misses promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices
