JobImpact We are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers to deliver high-quality security services. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, incident response, and stakeholder engagement. About the role Play a key role in keeping people, assets, and facilities safe. As a Security Officer, you'll deliver frontline security through patrols, monitoring, access control, and incident response-while always providing a professional and customer-focused presence. Job Location:North Ryde, Sydney Contract: Full-Time Pay Rate:SSIA Level 4 Shift Pattern:Dayand Night shifts available Key responsibilities: Primary dutiesinclude and not limitedto: Conduct routine patrols and security checks Perform alarm response and incident management Maintain control room and site security operations Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems Identify and respond to suspicious behaviour or incidents Maintain accurate surveillance records Escort visitors, contractors, and personnel Monitor movement of goods and deliveries Respond to security breaches and alarms Support emergency evacuation and incident coordination Liaise with emergency services when required Complete accurate reports and documentation Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations About You Must haveSecurity Licence,Classification 1A(Unarmed Guarding) Valid First Aid Certificate(3yearsvalidity)withcurrent CPR Certificate(1 year validity) Ability to clear an Australian Police Check Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent observation, problem-solving, and reporting abilities Confidence using security systems and MS Office Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems If you have the above criteria,we look forward receiving your application!
