Commercial Strategy Analyst
Breville is seeking a commercially mindedanalyst to work directly with the GM Australia and GM Finance APAC on a seriesof projects focused on improving how we use data to understand categoryperformance, product economics and commercial opportunities.
This role will focus on extracting insightsfrom sell-in, sell-out and inventory data, and helping build the analyticalframeworks that inform product and category decisions. A core feature of therole is that AI is embedded in how all financial, strategic and commercial workgets done.
The role is offered as a permanent positionwith an initial focus on Australia. As capability is demonstrated, the scopewill broaden to cover the full APAC region, including New Zealand, Korea andChina.
This role is well suited to candidates whohave demonstrated strong commercial, analytical and structured problem-solvingskills, whether that experience comes from management consulting, commercialfinance, strategy, project management or analytical roles within a corporateenvironment.

This role sits within the APAC business andwill support a series of projects aimed at strengthening how Breville uses datato understand category performance, product economics and identify commercialopportunities. Working closely with senior leadership, therole will draw on Breville's data warehouse and commercial datasets to generateinsights across sell-in, sell-out, pricing and inventory performance. An early priority will be helping establish astructured approach to reviewing category performance, and strengthening theanalytical inputs used in stage-gate processes. The role will have regular exposure to seniorstakeholders across the APAC business.

- How can we better use sell-in, sell-out and inventory data to understand product performance and identify commercial opportunities that we can take to our retail partners?

- How can modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, accelerate insight generation and decision making?
- How can we strengthen the analytical capability underpinning product and category strategy across Australia and, over time, APAC?
