Bring Exceptional Service to the Mountains
As a waiter, you'll be part of a dedicated group of hospitality professionals who play a key role in shaping lifelong memories. You'll work across our three service periods, delivering exceptional table service and supporting our bar team during afternoon Apres. Strong table-side etiquette and prior fine-dining experience are essential to thrive in this role.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive table service for breakfast, lunch, or 3-course fine-dining dinner
- Assist guests with local knowledge of the mountain and surrounding area
- Follow food safety principles and the restaurant's sequence of service to ensure smooth operations
- Recommend wines, cocktails, and other offerings to enhance the guest experience and support upselling
What You'll Bring
- Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - For the state you will be working in - See - Do Food Safely (VIC Resorts) or Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts)
- Required - A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - For the start you will be working in - See - RSA Certificate of Completion (VIC Resorts) or NSW Competency Card (NSW Resort)
- Experience making cocktails
- Experience preparing barista-style coffees
- Previous fine-dining experience
