Gear Up Guests for the Perfect Mountain Day

Our Rental Attendants play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll work directly with customers, helping them select and fit the right rental equipment, clothing, and accessories so they're fully prepared for their day on the mountain. This role requires an understanding of our range of rental products, the ability to assess individual guest needs, and completion of an inhouse binding certification course.

You'll contribute to smooth daily operations, exceed guest expectations, and help maintain an efficient, wellorganised rental environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assisting guests with selecting and fitting rental equipment
  • Supporting equipment repairs when needed
  • Helping with daily operations in the boot room
  • Completing daily inventory checks of available products

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fastpaced environment
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in a rental outlet (ski or snowboard experience highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of our resort, products, and services (highly regarded)
