Onsite, back-of-house role within a high-performing Guest Experience team

As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll be the voice and support behind our guest journey. Whether it's phone, email, or Live Chat, you'll help guests plan, book, and prepare for their visit with confidence and clarity.

Working closely with our in-resort teams and wider Guest Services network, you'll help ensure everything is aligned before guests even step on snow. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to service will directly contribute to smooth arrivals and memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Support guests via email, phone, and Live Chat across their booking and planning journey
  • Provide accurate, timely information on Epic Australia Pass products, resort offerings, and general enquiries
  • Help guests make informed decisions that suit their needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with in-resort Guest Services and internal teams to resolve issues and escalate where required
  • Ensure guests are well-prepared and supported for a smooth, positive experience from planning through to arrival

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in customer service or a strong interest in guest support roles
  • Confidence using digital systems, online platforms, and multiple communication channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution
