ABOUT THE ROLE: We're seeking a proactive and decisive Quality Assurance Manager to oversee sanitation operations across highrisk food production facilities. This role combines technical food safety expertise with strong, visible leadership. You'll be responsible for driving hygiene standards, training teams in bestpractice cleaning methods, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met, while remaining comfortable stepping in and leading from the front when needed. This is role will be rostered over the 7-day working week, ideal for someone wanting stability, responsibility, and longterm career growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and coordinate daily sanitation operations across the facility Ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and to standard Maintain 100% compliance with food safety regulations and site protocols Manage safe handling, titration, and storage of industrial cleaning chemicals Act as the key liaison between Quality Assurance (QA) and production teams Complete electronic QA and compliance reporting Train, coach, and mentor staff on SOPs, chemical safety, hygiene standards, and toolbox talks WHAT WE NEED: Minimum 2 years' experience supervising sanitation or cleaning teams (food production or highhygiene environments essential) Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards High attention to detail with a zerotolerance approach to crosscontamination Confident communicator with the ability to lead diverse teams Comfortable balancing leadership, compliance, and handson work WHAT'S ON OFFER: Secure work and regular pay - enjoy the confidence of working for a reliable and established company that looks after its workers.
