Java Developer

We are hiring an experienced Java Developer for a remote opportunity based in Australia. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, hands-on knowledge of modern Java frameworks, and must have full working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
• Work on REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and frontend developers
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
