For more about what we do, please head to www.gemlife.com.au The roles: Area Manager Responsible for the strategic oversight and effective manager of the Resort administration and financial functions across the allocated resorts. You'll be the first point of contact for our Resort Managers/Coordinators and ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and safety are consistently achieved. Resort Manager You'll be responsible for the smooth operation of the resort, with a strong focus on creating a warm, homelike environment for our residents. Maintaining premium presentation of shared spaces, supporting resale activities, and overseeing front office functions will be central to your success in this role. Resort Coordinator In this key support role, you'll work closely with the Resort Manager to keep daily resort operations running smoothly. You'll manage homeowner records and registers, raise and track purchase orders, maintain digital filing systems, and provide general administrative support. Highly organised and detailfocused, you'll be confident working with data and systems, delivering friendly customer service, and managing multiple priorities in a busy resort environment.
