Job Description
We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to support our services ranging across Ringwood, Mitcham, Vermont through to Cranbourne.This Permanent Part time position is 30 hours per week work split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm Monday - Friday.
As a Multi -site Mentor Coordinator you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.

About the role
As an OSHClub Multi -site Mentor Coordinator you'll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts-all designed to inspire and engage.
- You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks-all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
