What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Provide administrative support to service and sales teams
- Process customer orders, invoices, and service job cards
- Raise service work orders from phone, email, or system requests
- Maintain accurate client, equipment, and contract databases
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to coordinate service requests
- Generate purchase orders and assist with reporting requirements
- Support compliance with contractual and documentation requirements
- Assist in resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Minimum Year 12 education (essential)
- Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate Excel and general computer skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
