Why Right Lane is a great place to build your career

At Right Lane we exist to help organisations that do good do better. We work with leaders tackling society's biggest challenges across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

We are the first management consulting firm to be B Corp certified. B Corp certified means we meet independently verified standards for social and environmental impact, accountability and transparency. We have recently transitioned its ownership to a foundation owned model becoming the first privately owned Australian Management consulting firm to adopt such a structure. This means our focus is long-term impact, not short-term profit.

You'll join a collaborative, close-knit team that values intellectual rigour, curiosity and generosity. We are deeply committed to Reconciliation, diversity, equity and inclusion in all its forms. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

We offer hybrid work arrangements and are based in Martin Place.
