You’ll spend around 70% of your time creating momentum over the phone — making cold calls, running virtual meetings, and turning complete strangers into paying clients. The other 30% is spent meeting those clients locally when an in-person conversation gets the deal across the line.
And the best part? It’s designed as a 6–12 month launchpad into our fully field-based, higher earning Business Development Manager (BDM) roles. If you’re hungry, coachable, and love the buzz of generating your own success from a cold call, this is where your field career begins.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Self-Source & Sell (your bread and butter)
You are the engine of your own success. There are no handed-to-you leads here — you build your pipeline from scratch.
You’ll:
- Build your own prospect lists from the ground up
- Make high-volume cold calls daily
- Create opportunities through genuine hustle
- Turn cold introductions into warm meetings — then close them
- Fill, manage, and grow your own pipeline
Hunters thrive here.
PHONE-FIRST SELLING (70%)
Your day will include:
- Cold call blocks — dialling fresh prospects every day
- Virtual meetings with prospects you’ve warmed up yourself
- SMS and email follow-ups
- Understanding needs, pitching value, and guiding prospects forward
- Keeping opportunities alive with strong follow-through
LOCAL FIELD VISITS (30%)
When momentum is hot and stakes are high, you’ll:
- Meet prospects in person
- Run face-to-face meetings
- Build trust that only boots-on-ground selling provides

FULL-CYCLE SALES OWNERSHIP
This isn’t an appointment-setting role — you own the whole journey:
- Prospect → Cold Call → Book → Pitch → Demo → Close
- Then nurture customers for 3 months post-sale to lock in success and loyalty

- Understands the realities of small business
- Is hungry, ambitious, and relentless in pursuit of results
- Holds a current, valid driver’s licence — essential for local field visits

REMUNERATION
SAR (this role): $100K total package.
Field BDM (where you’re headed in 6–12 months): Base + commission, with strong performers consistently earning $150,000+.
Coming soon — Car Allowance: A car allowance is being added to this role, further growing total compensation for the right candidate.
