The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards that define our kitchen. You will manage your section efficiently, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Manage mise en place and stock levels.
  • Cook dishes according to recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor food costs, wastage, and assist with stocktakes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP principles.
  • Maintain accurate records for food safety audits and procedures.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and supporting team members.
  • Communicate effectively with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
