The Role
The Integrated Services team ensures effective governance of the Bluegum Health Program and provides human resourcing, budgeting, scheduling and reporting to support project teams with delivery in line with the Department's project management framework.
As a Project Support Officer in the Integrated Services team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality project management support to multi-disciplinary project teams, including support for developing, updating and monitoring project planning and documentation; governance frameworks and procedures; scheduling; budget and financial tracking; change management; and 'go live' into operations.
- Coordinate resources to ensure project teams have access to tools, tracking, resources, reports, data and templates.
- Assist Project Managers to maintain project management systems, project scheduling tools, risk registers, and other critical resources.
- Support Project Managers to track progress, maintain quality control, and oversee adherence to timelines, standards, procedures and policies; maintain accurate and accessible records; and support the documentation and communication of change.
- Participate as a member of the team undertaking in-depth research, business and gap analysis, and review and evaluation, to streamline processes and support continuous improvement for project activities.

You will need
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of IT related assignments/projects, with some delivery into a healthcare and/or human service environment.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client/stakeholder relationships in a health or human services environment, together with proven negotiation and liaison skills in an area subject to frequent change.
- Practical experience and knowledge of project methodologies and implementation within the healthcare environment.
- Ability to write and negotiate persuasively, to assist in driving positive outcomes for programs and projects.
- Well-developed co-ordination, organisation, self-management and prioritisation skills, with proven capacity to manage tight deadlines.

Details of appointment
2 x Fixed term full time, day worker positions available, working 76 hours per fortnight for 12 months.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary
$102,027 to $106,985 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025
