We're on the hunt for a commercially savvy Category (Channel Development) Manager to join our high-performing team in Rhodes, Sydney. This is your chance to lead strategy, influence major retail partners, and accelerate growth across both retail and eCommerce channels within our Medicated Confectionery category.
A day in the life...
No two days look the same - but you'll be at the centre of it all:
Own the category strategy - Shape and deliver winning channel strategies across retail and eCommerce to unlock growth and boost performance
Turn data into action - Use insights and analytics to improve conversion, optimise ranging, and stay ahead of market trends
Lead category thinking - Deliver compelling insights and layout recommendations across all major Australian retailers
Spot opportunities early - Leverage forecasting tools to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities before competitors do
Collaborate to win - Partner cross-functionally to align and execute seamless online and in-store strategies
Build powerful relationships - Engage and influence key external stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Are you a fit?
You're commercially minded, data-savvy, and thrive on making an impact:
3-5 years' experience in Category or Channel Management (with strong exposure to sales)
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex, matrixed environments
Strong experience with retail and digital analytics tools (e.g. NielsenIQ)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Sharp commercial acumen and a genuine passion for driving growth in both retail and eCommerce
