About the Role
Support clients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes by providing everyday domestic assistance. You'll help keep homes clean, safe and organised, while also building positive relationships and supporting clients' wellbeing. This role involves working independently in the community, delivering practical support with care and respect.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in community or aged care (desirable)
- A caring,respectfuland positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Good communicationskills and confidence building relationships with clients
- A practical,handsonapproach to household tasks
- Reliable,proactiveand able to follow instructions
