HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a passionate and skilledfull-time Store Manager to join our team at our Birkenhead Point Outlet location.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing a talented sales team while driving the store's overall performance in a premium fashionenvironment.
We are looking for a commercially driven and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceptional customer experiences.
What you can expect:
- Drive store performance through strong commercial decision-making and sales analysis
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise sales, productivity, and profitability
- Create memorable and authentic customer experiences
- Maintain exceptional inventory standards through proactive stock control and organisation
- Elevate the customer experience by maintaining high-impact visual standards
Your profile:
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong operational management expertise combined with people leadership skills.
- Experienced in motivating, coaching, and leading teams to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Skilled in cultivating and maintaining a dedicated VIP client base.
- Passionate about fashion with a keen interest in building a retail management career in the premium fashion industry
