This Project Architect role places you at the heart of meaningful health and education projects that have a real impact on communities. You'll work across technically complex, well-considered buildings, contributing both strong design thinking and hands-on delivery skills.
The scale and nature of the projects will provide exposure to challenging architectural problems - regulatory, technical and user-focused. This provides the opportunity to strengthen your leadership and coordination capabilities.
You'll join a collaborative, design-led studio environment that values mentorship, flexibility and quality outcomes. You will also have autonomy to run projects day-to-day, supported by senior leadership and a highly capable team.

What you'll do
Lead and contribute to the delivery of health and education projects across multiple stages
Manage project documentation, consultant coordination and design development using Revit
Apply strong construction knowledge to resolve technical and detailing challenges
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients and authorities to ensure compliance and quality outcomes
Contribute to design discussions while maintaining a practical, buildable approach
Support junior staff through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Assist with construction phase services, including responding to RFIs and site involvement
What you'll need
Degree in Architecture; registration as an Architect in Australia is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience delivering health and/or education projects
Strong construction knowledge and documentation skills
Proficiency in Revit
Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Full working rights in Australia
