    What does the role involve?

    As a key member of the Humanitarianteam, you will support the delivery of impactful programs through high-quality,timelycoordinationand administration.

    This role suits an early-career professional with relevant qualifications, strong admin experience, and a genuine passion for global issues and the aid and development sector, with theinterestandconfidenceto contribute to social media content.

    Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

    • Assistwith project and partnership coordination for Program Coordinators and Country Offices to ensure compliance with accountabilityrequirements
    • Manage documentation and information, ensuring alignment with internal processes for smooth operations.
      • Supporting the team in documentation administration, informationmanagementand alignment with internal processes,policiesand systems.
      • Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative functions byidentifyingand implementing process enhancements.
      • Provide flexible support to the Programs Department withadditionaltasks as needed.

      This roleisbased in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

      • Tertiary qualifications in international development or other relevant discipline (or equivalent)
      • Understanding of issues related to the aid and development sector
      • Interest in global world affairs
      • Demonstrated experience in an administrative rolein a professional environment
      • A team player, actively contributing to building a positive team culture through collaboration and support
      • Strong attention to detail and able to manage conflicting priorities
