You will partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial and Growth to provide financial leadership, insight and governance over Asahi's most critical strategic initiatives.
You will ensure projects are financially robust, aligned to enterprise priorities, and deliver sustainable value across the full project lifecycle from concept and return on investment evaluation through to generating benefits methodology and tracking post golive.
18-month secondment role
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership, insight and challenge to support Commercial and Growth strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Lead financial planning, analysis and evaluation of strategic projects, ensuring strong linkage to planning and forecast cycles, and broader enterprise targets.
Oversee project budgets, forecasts and financial governance to ensure initiatives remain aligned to objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
Partner with senior stakeholders to track project performance, measure ROI and assess benefits realisation post implementation.
Deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting to support executive decisionmaking and prioritisation across the strategic project portfolio.
Drive collaboration across Finance, Commercial, Growth and Supply Chain to identify value creation opportunities and address value leakage.
Manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently, maintaining strong discipline across scope, cost, timing and outcomes.
About You
Extensive experience in Commercial Finance leadership roles partnering with senior stakeholders.
CA or CPA qualified (preferred)
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of value drivers and investment decisionmaking.
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in complex environments.
Advanced analytical capability, with experience delivering insights, dashboards and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of operational drivers, cost management and value creation.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes at pace.
