Lead high-profile statewide events across NSW Health
This will be 4 days part time position at Cumberland campus.
Flexible working arrangements working from office atleast 2 days a week.
Shape and deliver large-scale NSW Health events that build capability, strengthen partnerships and advance prevention of violence, abuse and neglect.

The NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence (ECAV) is a statewide unit auspiced by Western Sydney Local Health District, located at Cumberland Hospital. ECAV leads education, workforce development and community capacity-building in the prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect (PARVAN).

What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of ECAV's statewide events and project initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Manage and deliver major statewide events, including forums, network gatherings and conferences
Coordinate logistics, budgets, registrations, venues and stakeholder engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships across government, health, community and education sectors
Ensure compliance with KPIs, funding requirements and service agreements
Oversee digital event platforms and ECAV website content to maximise engagement

Essential Criteria:
Checks: NSW Class C driver's licence.
Selection Criteria:
1. Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in event and project management.
2. Demonstrated experience in event management, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, registration processes.
3. Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to manage competing demands, complete tasks, and coordinate resources to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet objectives.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast turnaround, high volume environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with a diverse range of clients and partners to produce and maintain effective working relationships.
6. Demonstrated understanding of cultural safety and ways to collaborate effectively with Aboriginal stakeholders.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to learn new record management systems and/or platforms (eg Office 365, HPE). Experience with Adobe Illustrator (or similar) for graphic design activities.
8. Holds a driver's licence valid in NSW and willing to use for work purposes.
