What You'll Do
Drive Sales Growth & Market Expansion
Lead Fendt sales performance across NSW, delivering against unit and market share targets
Identify growth opportunities and execute regional sales strategies
Monitor market trends and customer needs
Lead & Enable Dealer Network Performance
Build strong, high-performing dealer partnerships across the region
Coach, support, and assist dealers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Guide dealer development plans and capability uplift initiatives
Engage Customers & Build the Brand
Strengthen relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
Represent Fendt at field days, events, and customer demonstrations
Champion the Fendt brand through consistent, high-quality market engagement
Collaborate Across AGCO
Partner with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and Finance teams
Support product launches and go-to-market strategies
Provide market insights to influence business decisions
What You Bring
Proven experience in sales, account management, or regional sales roles
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Experience working with dealer or distribution networks
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
A proactive, driven mindset with a passion for customer success
Highly regarded:
Experience in agriculture, machinery, or related industries
Knowledge of the Australian farming landscape
Strong negotiation and strategic planning capability
