As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how Fendt and Valtra connect with farmers, dealers, and industry stakeholders-building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting commercial success.
You'll work across both brands, balancing:
Fendt's premium, innovation-led storytelling, and
Valtra's practical, customer-driven positioning

What You'll Do
Drive Brand & Campaign Excellence
Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns for Fendt and Valtra across ANZ
Tailor brand messaging to different customer segments and market needs
Support product launches, dealer campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
Create Compelling Dual-Brand Storytelling
Develop high-impact content across digital, social, video, and print
Bring to life:
o Fendt's innovation, performance, and technology leadership
o Valtra's customisation, reliability, and versatility
Localise global campaigns to resonate with ANZ farmers
Strengthen Dealer & Market Engagement
Partner with dealer networks to drive campaign execution and brand consistency
Provide marketing tools, assets, and support to enable dealer success
Coordinate events, field days, and on-farm activations
Enhance Digital & Customer Engagement
Manage website and social media channels for both brands
Track campaign performance and optimise engagement
Identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness and lead generation
What You Bring
Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles
Strong content creation and storytelling capability across channels
Ability to balance and differentiate multiple brand identities
Experience working with stakeholders, agencies, or dealer networks
