Apply Job no: HRC0023818 Category: Professional, HEW 5 Enjoy a diverse and dynamic position combining coordination, stakeholder engagement and process improvement Play a key role in supporting student progression, engagement, wellbeing and overall learning experience 17% super, generous annual, personal, and life leave, health & fitness discounts Be challenged and imagine with us As Rural Clinical School Officer, you will play a key role in delivering highlevel administrative support to the Senior Manager, Clinical Deans and Clinical Supervisors in the delivery of the Joint Medical Program (JMP) at the Peel Clinical School, based in Tamworth You will work closely with students, academic staff, clinicians and external health service partners. Through accurate advice, responsive service and effective coordination, the Rural Clinical School Officer directly supports student progression, engagement, wellbeing and satisfaction. This contribution is essential to maintaining the quality, continuity and reputation of the JMP in a rural clinical setting. In this role you will: Coordinate teaching and assessment activities for the JMP, including timetabling, curriculum delivery, examinations and orientation programs Provide highlevel support and advice to students, academics, clinicians and health service partners across the Rural Clinical School Maintain student systems and program records, monitor progress, manage enquiries and ensure accurate, timely communication Contribute to process improvement and community engagement through reviewing procedures, supporting events and strengthening operational efficiency This 18-month fixed term position is full time at a HEW 5 Higher Education level and will be located at the Department of Rural Health Tamworth Campus.
