Role Overview As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant at Kelly+Partners Penrith, you will play a key role in delivering highquality accounting and tax services. The team provides strong support and ongoing training, allowing you to build confidence, capability, and autonomy at a steady pace. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs Prepare and review of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients Help provide an exceptional service to our clients Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events Offer support and training to junior team members What You Bring You take pride in producing highquality work, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and are looking to build a stable, longterm career within a professional practice. Minimum 2+ years' full-time experience in a Chartered Accounting or professional services environment CA qualified or currently undertaking CA studies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field Familiarity with MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems (or the ability to learn quickly) Strong communication, organisational, and timemanagement skills A clientfirst mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and take initiative A genuine desire to grow and contribute within a highperforming team Published on 11 Jun 2026, 4:53 AM
