Senior Data Engineer

We are now looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Integration and Data Services team, supporting the design and delivery of modern, scalable data solutions across the enterprise.
The role
You will partner with architects, project teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality data solutions that are performant, scalable and reliable.
This is a hands-on role focused on building and optimising data pipelines, contributing to data architecture and driving improvements across our delivery practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy data solutions using Databricks and Azure platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical data designs and solutions
- Contribute to data architecture and ensure performance and responsiveness of data applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, including production incidents
- Improve delivery through CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices
About you
You bring strong technical capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure data platforms Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and ETL workflows
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and pipeline tooling
- Strong understanding of database architecture and development lifecycle Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
