The Opportunity
This role sits within our Benefit Payments team, where you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely outcomes for members at important moments in their superannuation journey. You'll be hands-on in processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring transactions are completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll help manage enquiries, resolve issues, and keep processes moving smoothly. This is a detail-focused role that combines operational delivery with stakeholder interaction, giving you the opportunity to build strong technical knowledge while contributing to a team focused on quality, timeliness and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Process benefit payments and transactions accurately within agreed timeframes
  • Respond to member, employer and stakeholder enquiries across multiple channels
  • Maintain and manage member records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Complete quality checking, exception reporting and administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Contribute to testing, projects and system improvements that enhance service delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams and service providers to support delivery and identify process improvements

About You
You'll bring experience in superannuation or financial services environment, with an understanding of the importance of accuracy and compliance when working with member data and transactions. This role would suit someone who is confident managing operational processes and is looking to deepen their expertise in benefit payments and superannuation administration.

This is a role where attention to detail and accountability really matter. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team, managing competing priorities and working with both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and is motivated to continuously improve how things are done.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience in superannuation or financial services, in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across a range of channels
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems, data and reporting, including Microsoft Office tools
