About the role

Lead the day-to-day operations of our West Coast production area, overseeing people, plant and performance. Reporting to the Regional Production Manager, you'll drive safe, efficient delivery while partnering with stakeholders to optimise asset performance, costs and commercial outcomes.

Salary range $140,877 - $163,308 plus super and area allowance.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a West Coast-based team, building a strong safety and performance culture.

Oversee operational and maintenance activities to ensure reliable asset performance.

Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control to deliver value.

Balance asset performance, risk, cost and delivery priorities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.

Build team capability, guide performance outcomes and manage people priorities.

Skills & experience

Proven leadership in production or operations environments.

Strong people leadership, including coaching, development and engagement.

Experience managing budgets, costs and commercial outcomes.

Mechanical or electrical trade qualification.

Background in industrial or asset-intensive environments.

The team is experienced, practical and works together to deliver strong operational outcomes in a challenging environment.
