Marketing Manager, ANZ (12-month maternity leave cover)
Founded in 2017, Timescapes is transforming how construction teams build. We enable project teams to track, validate, and communicate progress with real-time reality capture. Our customers love us. Why? We give them a proactive view of their projects to keep on schedule and on budget while helping them easily communicate project milestones with everyone involved.
We're a rapidly growing company, used by the largest construction companies across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
The role
As our Marketing Manager for ANZ, you'll be the marketing presence on the ground in Australia and New Zealand for the next 12 months while our current Marketing Manager is on maternity leave. You'll own the regional demand generation engine, run a strong events calendar, and partner closely with our ANZ sales team to drive pipeline and brand presence.
You'll inherit a strategy and a network of trusted vendors. Your job is to execute and expand on the strategy and hand back the ANZ marketing in even better shape than you found it. You'll work closely with the ANZ Sales and Customer Success teams across Australia and New Zealand, and with the global Marketing team across Vancouver, Dallas and Sydney.
What you'll do
Event marketing
- Own the ANZ event calendar end to end: trade shows, customer offsites, webinars, and field demonstrations across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and key New Zealand markets
- Manage sponsorships, booth and experience design, on-site execution, and pre and post-event marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, event organisers, and vendors
Demand generation
- Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across paid media, email, direct mail, content, and social
- Adapt global campaigns for ANZ and run pre-planned regional plays already
- Brief and manage creative partners, agencies, and vendors to keep work on brand and on time
Account-based marketing and sales alignment
- Partner with ANZ sales leadership on target accounts, pipeline goals, and sales priorities
- Run ABM programs targeting key construction companies across Australia and New Zealand
- Bring campaign insights, lead intelligence, and account engagement data into weekly pipeline reviews
Marketing operations and reporting
- Maintain HubSpot data integrity across ANZ contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Manage lead routing, scoring, and nurture workflows
- Track and report on MQLs, SQL conversion, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, CAC, and ROI weekly and monthly
Budget and vendor management
- Own the ANZ marketing budget and track spend against the regional plan
- Manage relationships with event vendors, agencies, creative partners, and swag suppliers
AI-powered ways of working
- Use AI tools to make regional marketing dramatically more effective: campaign execution, audience targeting, reporting synthesis, and customer research
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, with regional or country-level ownership
- Hands-on HubSpot fluency: workflows, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and reporting
- Proven event marketer. You've owned trade shows or corporate events from sponsorship through to on-site execution and ROI reporting
- Campaign mindset: You have a proven track record of planning and executing campaigns to drive demand for a business.
- Commercially minded: you connect marketing activity to pipeline and can read funnel data without being told what to look for
- Collaborative and low-ego. You build trust with sales fast and you sweat the details others miss
- Ability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term role
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to construction, property, engineering, or other technical B2B audiences
- ABM program experience targeting enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tooling (e.g. Grow AI, Claw, Clay)
- Existing relationships in the ANZ construction or property industry
