About the Role:

Moddex is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Officer, in Maryborough, QLD,to support our marketing, events, communications and specification engagement activity.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety - from coordinating industry events and EDMs, to scheduling social media content, creating Canva graphics, supporting specification outreach, maintaining CRM records and liaising with key industry partners.

You will work closely with the marketing and specification teams to help Moddex stay front of mind with architects, engineers, builders and specifiers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

• Coordinating industry events, sponsorships, tradeshows and CPD activity.
• Supporting specification outreach through lead assessment, appointment coordination, follow-up activity and CRM updates.
• Creating EDMs, basic presentations, social media posts and Canva design assets.
• Liaising with third-party partners and industry associations.
• Coordinating event logistics including bookings, booth setup, staff briefings, collateral and post-event follow-up.
• Tracking marketing and event expenses against budget.
• Publishing content across email, social media, website and third-party platforms.
• Supporting marketing reporting, CRM updates and campaign performance tracking.

About You:

You willthrivein this role if you have apositive attitude to workand arewilling to be trained.

• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Can do attitude & professionalism
• Enjoy coordinating people, projects and tasks
• Comfortable working across both creative and administrative responsibilities
• Experience in marketing, events, administration, communications or a similar coordination role
• Experience in construction, architecture, building products or B2B marketing would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
