Social Media Scaler
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Scaler based in Australia.
This is a high-ownership growth role focused on scaling organic social performance across multiple platforms and markets. You will be responsible for driving reach, engagement, and follower growth across 10-15 social media pages spanning Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Working directly with senior leadership, you will own end-to-end social strategy, content direction, and performance optimization. The role requires a strong mix of creative intuition and analytical thinking, with a sharp focus on what drives virality and sustained audience growth. You will also build and lead a small creative team while continuously testing, iterating, and improving content performance. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment for someone who has already scaled social pages and wants to replicate and exceed that success at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Own the performance and growth of 10-15 social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent improvements in organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Build, lead, and manage a small team of content creators and social media coordinators, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop structured, localized monthly content calendars tailored to multiple markets including the GCC, UAE, Philippines, and other regions.
- Create and refine high-performing content concepts, hooks, and formats designed to maximize attention, shareability, and algorithmic distribution.
- Continuously monitor platform algorithm updates and adapt strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maintain growth momentum.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for content formats, captions, posting times, and creative angles, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Oversee content production workflows from briefing to publishing, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed of execution.
- Identify opportunities for UGC, influencer collaborations, and community-driven content to accelerate organic growth.
- Track and analyze performance metrics weekly, producing insights that directly inform content strategy and optimization.
- Collaborate with paid media and leadership teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid social strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing at least one social media page from early stage to significant scale, with measurable results.
- Strong, hands-on understanding of organic growth mechanics across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing or leading small creative or social media teams.
- Exceptional instinct for content hooks, virality triggers, and audience attention drivers.
- Ability to build and manage structured content calendars across multiple accounts and markets simultaneously.
- Skilled in briefing and directing creatives including designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and interpreting performance data.
- Experience designing structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Deep understanding of content virality mechanics including engagement loops, emotional triggers, and trend adaptation.
- Strong written English; additional languages such as Arabic or Tagalog are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with high ownership expectations.
