Human Resources Advisor
Location: Perth / Hybrid
Reporting to: HR Advisory Manager
About the role
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for the endtoend management of a high volume of complex employee relations cases across a diverse operational portfolio. Reporting to the HR Advisory Manager, this role suits an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fastpaced, high caseload environment and is confident delivering practical, commercially sound advice on challenging workplace matters.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with leaders to navigate sensitive and highrisk employee issues, requiring strong judgement, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and legislative compliance. The role demands a pragmatic and solutionsfocused approach, balancing employee risk, operational outcomes, and statutory obligations within a complex advisory environment.
Experience
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field with strong exposure to employee relations and case management
Demonstrated experience delivering solutionfocused HR/ER advice of varying complexity
Strong capability in guiding leaders through workplace matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, terminations, and dispute resolution
Exposure to working with a broad stakeholder group across both skilled and nonskilled workforces, ideally within a large, multisite or national organisation
Able to provide practical, and easytounderstand advice, even in highpressure situations
Knowledge & skills
Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and industrial instruments
Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate
SAP SuccessFactors - Intermediate
Qualifications
Education
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
