Join the Team
As Data Delivery Manager in our Data Analytics Services (DAS) division at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare by leading the end-to-end delivery of the data platforms and products that power informed decision-making across NSW Health.

This role offers the opportunity to coordinate the delivery of complex data and analytics initiatives-from enterprise data platforms and pipelines through to analytics products and operational support-working across modern cloud and data technologies and partnering with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data platforms, analytics products and operational support across DAS, keeping all work aligned to organisational priorities, governance standards and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive resource, capacity and prioritisation planning across technical and application delivery streams to consistently meet agreed SLAs and high-quality business outcomes.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies and budgets, reporting transparently on status and key success metrics to inform executive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed consistent, disciplined delivery practices and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Shape operational and procurement activities for data delivery, ensuring compliance with eHealth NSW governance, policy and financial frameworks.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has deep, hands-on experience delivering and managing data platforms and products in large-scale, federated environments, applying Agile, DevSecOps and contemporary delivery methodologies.
  • Excels at resource and capacity planning, managing delivery roadmaps and consistently meeting agreed SLAs and business outcomes.
  • Builds strong, productive relationships with customers, multidisciplinary teams and vendors, translating business priorities into coordinated delivery commitments through clear communication and negotiation.
  • Brings strong delivery governance discipline-risk, dependency, financial and procurement controls aligned to enterprise frameworks (NSW Government or comparable).
  • Champions continuous improvement of delivery practices, standards and performance metrics, fostering technical excellence and customer-focused outcomes.
