Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities
As an Intel Analyst supporting a national defense program warfighting mission, you will be responsible for providing actionable data through briefed intelligence reports that inform decision-makers and broader Intelligence Community of adversary threats and assessed vulnerabilities to critical mission systems. This Intel Analyst position is best filled by an expert USINDOPACOM, USEUCOM, and USSPACECOM threats, capable of guiding research and shaping assessments with team members working in a Intelligence Division. You will work closely with Weapons & Tactics staff on efforts that progress Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for mission execution. Additionally, the successful candidate will continuously endeavor to close organizational knowledge gaps in an ever-changing threat environment via committed collaboration, expert collection analysis and balanced resource tasking.
- Apply advanced Intel analysis skills to develop CCIRs for decision-makers
- Research and employ an operational mindset when developing intel assessments and build solutions
- Lead training development efforts and advise strategic and exercise planning events
- Collaborate frequently across divisions (i.e., plans, mission protection, strategy and plans, engineering etc.) and respond to object and assessment inquiries
- Maintain data resources and system expertise to execute real world event procedures
- Shape confident intel assessments and warn of threats to mission critical assets; develop TTPs for operations
- Lead and/or attend meetings as required; provide intelligence knowledge as a resource to senior military and civilian government customers

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD; 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience working in an intelligence community and/or military intel career field
- Experience working Intelligence Analysis roles
- Advanced knowledge of foreign/domestic space & ground system threat capabilities
- Active TS/SCI with adjudicated Poly
Preferred:
- Expert-level knowledge of foreign/domestic space & ground system threat capabilities
- 2+ years' prior ODNI, or DIA experience
- Intermediate or advanced understanding of Maven Smart System
- Previous participation in joint, interagency-level exercise planning and execution
- Willingness to provide surge support for 24/7 ops
