What you will do?

• Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments
• Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service
• Observes and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
• Apply knowledge of various cooking techniques

More about you

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Creativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional service
• First Aid Certificate preferred
