Overview:

The Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Corporate Correspondence and supports the Ministerial and Chief Executive correspondence process, including the design and provision of broad corporate correspondence system improvements along with comprehensive, confidential and accurate data reporting.

The Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer will work closely with the Executive Services and Correspondence team to ensure timely reporting and monitoring of policy framework compliance, overseas travel and annual reporting.

Working under general direction and requiring a sound knowledge of agency programs, policies, activities, structure and service functions, the Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer assists in maintaining the integrity of the organisation's correspondence and records management system utilising Objective.

The incumbent will support the Executive Services and Correspondence Team by ensuring the administrative systems and processes including policy, mail services are documented, monitored and administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the effective operation of the Office of the Chief Executive.
