ALS Sales Operations Supervisor
The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional sales support, customer service and order management outcomes to internal and external customers.
Reporting to the Branch General Manager, this role is responsible for:
Ensuring that systems, processes and behaviours support a seamless and professional customer experience while enabling the broader sales team to maximise revenue opportunities;
Acting as the primary point of contact for all Alsco business including proactively communicating regarding order status, stock availability and reporting requirements;
Leading, coaching and developing the Sales Coordinator team; and
Analysing customer, sales, and service data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
