FIFO Hospitality Supervisors (WA)

We're seeking experienced Hospitality Supervisors to join our Operations teams across our WA mine site accommodation villages. This handson, teamfocused role is perfect for leaders who thrive in fastpaced environments and are passionate about delivering an exceptional village experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within the FIFO or hospitality industry (high volume and fast-paced)
  • Valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Current WA driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and consent to background checks
  • Passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (team player and leader)
  • Attention-to-detail, commitment to quality, and calm in nature
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with learning new systems
