The opportunity with us as Marketing Specialist

We are looking for aMarketing Specialistto join our high performingBrisbaneteam. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering regional marketing activity, helping bring global strategy to life across campaigns, events and social media.

This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid work arrangements.

You will be:

  • Supporting the translation of global marketing strategy, campaigns and messaging into regional activity across assigned markets and initiatives.
  • Coordinating and delivering Tier 2 regional events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution and post-event reporting.
  • Executing marketing activity across multiple channels, including digital, print, events and presentations.
  • Preparing, updating, andmaintainingmarketing content such as written copy, presentations, and campaign assets within established guidelines.
  • Ensuringconsistentbrand experience, visual design, and attendee journey across assigned event types.
  • Supporting sales enablement through relevant messaging, case studies, presentations and client engagement materials.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to align event content, speakers and audience engagement with corporate messaging and sales priorities.
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve marketing processes, tools and campaign effectiveness.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years'experience supporting marketing activities, campaigns, or communications initiatives.
  • Must have relevant Marketing qualifications.
  • Strong written communication skills, including technical and creative writing.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Proficiencyin HubSpot, Canva, andExhibitDayplatforms to support campaign execution and event coordination.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Current valid Australian driver's license.

Desirable experience:

  • Skills in supporting demand generation and campaign strategy.
  • Experience working across regional and/or global marketing teams
