ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in business partnering to support strategic and operational decision-making in our sales divisions. This role will act as a trusted financial advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering insightful analysis, driving financial performance, and influencing outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business partnering, a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a full-time position, reporting to the FP&A Manager ANZ.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving accountability for financial performance.
Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business areas.
Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying risks and opportunities.
Provide clear explanations of variances and recommend corrective actions.
Performance Management & Reporting
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
Deliver high-quality monthly management reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across reports.
Review and approval of quarterly commission payments to sales team.
Partner with the Commercial Excellence team to develop dynamic business dashboards
Commercial & Strategic Analysis
Partner with the Pricing team to ensure that pricing initiatives are achieved
Evaluate pricing, cost structures, and profitability to support commercial decisions
Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess business impacts.
Partner with cross-functional teams on cost optimization and value-creation initiatives
Process Improvement & Governance
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and governance standards.

Commercially minded with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the "big picture"
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in finance business partnering or FP&A role.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI and Tableau) is an advantage.
