What You Bring

Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical preferred)
Proven experience in underground mining
Leadership experience managing crews in high risk environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment
Current driver's licence & ability to obtain National Police Clearance
A proactive, can do mindset aligned with our motto:

The Opportunity

As Electrical Superintendent, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate electrical teams to safely deliver project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical crews across installation, maintenance, testing, and repairs
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and Work Procedures
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Drive safety culture, ensuring correct PPE and safe work practices
Contribute hands on when required-troubleshooting, installing, and repairing equipment
Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance management
Plan and allocate resources effectively, including scheduling and forecasting
Prepare cost forecasts and align with maintenance plans
Build strong relationships with client representatives onsite
