Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission - delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Registered Nurseto join us full-time in a remote capacity to manage our Nursing team.

We're pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us/ In this role you'll use your strong problem solving and communication skills to support a wide range of patients via Telehealth and improve their care and access to a variety of healthcare solutions.


What you'll do

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Management of the Nursing team and monitoring KPIs (performance, adherence, quality metrics)
  • Provide 1:1 and group support, training and auditing for the Nursing team
  • Oversee the maintenance of Nursing protocols and guidelines grounded in evidence based practices, including reviewing ofClinical Incident Register andAusmed CPD compliance and oversight
  • Call/text based conference with new and existing patients to provide education, advice, assistance and manage treatment plans
  • Triage presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner/pharmacist where clinically appropriate
  • Liaise with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other employees as needed
  • Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience
  • Support on project work and reporting as required by the VP Clinical Operations


Experience you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
  • Recent primary health care experience including in men's health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent technological skills
  • Keen interest in Telemedicine, men's health and cosmetic medicine
  • Must be okay with shift work including weekends


Highly regarded

  • Must hold current and unconditional AHPRA registration as an Registered Nurse
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Ability to lead and manage people within a fast-paced environment
