Sales & Client Success Manager

Arioneo is accelerating, and we're expanding our team on the ground. We are currently looking for:

• 1 Sales & Customer Success Manager in Sydney
• 1 Sales & Customer Success Manager in Melbourne

These are field‐based roles, working directly with trainers, at the intersection of: Sales, Customer success, Product usage in real conditions.

You'll be hands-on with our technology, close to the horses, and directly involved in delivering value to our users. Our ambition is clear: build the best possible experience for trainers using data. If you're interested, or know someone relevant, feel free to reach out.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & business development
  • Identify and engage new trainers and stables
  • Conduct on‐site demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Increase the number of devices per client
• Customer Success & Trainer Experience
  • Onboard new clients and ensure proper setup
  • Build strong relationships with trainers and their teams
  • Ensure the product is used effectively in daily training routines
  • Drive renewals and long‐term engagement
  • Identify upsell opportunities
• Support & day‐to‐day operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for client support
  • Help resolve usage issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure a smooth and reliable experience for trainers
  • Follow up proactively with clients
• Field presence
  • Be regularly present on the ground (tracks, stables, trials)
  • Represent Arioneo in the local racing ecosystem
• Market feedback
  • Share structured feedback from trainers to product and marketing teams
