Job Description
Australian Community Care Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support participants in achieving their goals. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the OC plays a pivotal role in coordinating services and liaising with support workers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing NDIS service agreements, managing records, and ensuring effective communication.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Community Services and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A WA Class C Driver's License is required.
