In this role, you'll work as part of a cross-functional squad, partnering closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate customer needs into valuable product outcomes. You will contribute to backlog prioritisation, product discovery, and delivery-building your capability across the full product lifecycle. Your Core Responsibilities: Prioritise and refine the product backlog to maximise customer and business value Translate product initiatives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with UX/UI designers to validate solutions through research and testing Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities Contribute to product roadmap planning and delivery outcomes Support agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Ensure work is well-defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery Monitor product performance and contribute to continuous improvement Support product launches and go-to-market readiness Build strong working relationships across product, engineering, and business teams To Be Successful, You Will Have: 2+ years' experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or digital environment (or equivalent experience) Experience working within agile delivery teams Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in product Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is advantageous Tertiary qualifications (undergraduate level) in a relevant field Culture & Benefits A career with Cm3 will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
