About the Role
Lead and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that support residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life. You'll plan and coordinate activities that promote social connection, physical activity and enjoyment, while working closely with residents, families and care teams to ensure programs reflect individual needs and preferences. You'll also support the team, manage daytoday program delivery and ensure activities meet quality and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (preferred)
- Experience in lifestyle, recreation or wellbeing programs
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Ability to lead, support and work collaboratively with a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, creative and residentfocused approach
