The Business Resilience Lead partners closely with key internal and external stakeholders, offering both strategic insight and technical guidance. This role is responsible for harmonising business disruption risks with the resilience framework, while championing the ongoing refinement of our resilience approach and capabilities to support both current needs and future operating environments. Ideally, you will have experience in applying relevant emergency management legislation, disruption risk practices in a large and complex organisation. Along with; Strong understanding of business continuity and resilience principles within a critical infrastructure company. Ability to identify and assess operational risks Excellent communication and collaboration skills Project management skills to lead the design, development and implementation of resilience programs Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Qualifications / certifications & Skills Advanced competency of the MS office suite and be IT literate and able to learn and to adapt to enterprise software / systems. Knowledge and understanding in all areas of business resilience application and management for critical infrastructure owner/operators. Analytical problem solving - tools and techniques to establish cause of problems.
