About the role As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. You'll take the lead on the day-to-day running of the stor, supporting your team on the floor, driving performance, and staying one step ahead with upcoming promotions, catalogues and commercial priorities. You'll play a key role in building team capability while ensuring standards across stock, safety and customer experience are consistently delivered. To thrive here, you should ideally have: Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
